Our Business Model 

We are a real estate development company in Nairobi, Kenya. We provide decent and affordable housing at prices that low and middle income households can comfortably pay for. We aim to facilitate partners to become homeowners through an affordable partner purchase scheme spanning over a period of 1 to 8 years. The uniqueness of our model is that our partners pay monthly instalments equivalent to their current monthly house rent costs with the ultimate goal of owning the home. Our model also provides an opportunity for our partners to invest and earn a passive income if they do not desire to reside in their homes. Our clients are referred to as ‘partners’ since we are working together to deliver the co-shared dream of owning a home within the reach of their financial capability.
